Lead People technology and analytics strategy and execution.

  • Lead strategy, architecture, and execution for People technology and analytics to modernize HR systems, integrations, automations, and reporting across the People function.
  • Key Responsibilities Own roadmap for People systems, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design end-to-end workflows for hiring, compensation, payroll, and employee lifecycle.
  • Build People analytics and dashboards for workforce insights and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, and AI to reduce manual work.
  • Establish governance for data quality, privacy, security, and auditability.
  • Requirements Hands-on technical leadership with systems thinking across People tech and analytics.
  • Experience designing integrations, automations, and BI/reporting solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical systems and controls.
  • Experience working with HR platforms and workforce data governance.
