About the role
TL;DR
Deploy and integrate AI models for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
- •Serve as the critical bridge between Latent Labs’ frontier generative models and customers.
- •Deploy, integrate and optimise our technology within scientific workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end technical deployment of models into customer environments.
- •Design and build production-grade API integrations and model-serving infrastructure.
- •Work on-site or embedded with partners to scope technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- •Ensure deployments meet enterprise standards for security, performance and reliability.
- •Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned customers.
- •Requirements Strong CS or ML educational background.
- •Experience building systems that access large models via APIs.
- •Customer-facing and delivery-oriented with direct experience deploying AI systems for external customers.
- •Fluent in cloud infrastructure with hands-on experience with AWS and ideally other major cloud platforms.
- •Strong communicator and collaborator who can work effectively across functions.
- •Mission driven and adaptable with a passion for making a positive impact.
