About the role
Generate outbound pipeline and run account-based plays across priority accounts.
- •As a Senior BDR in ANZ you will own outbound pipeline generation across ~400 priority enterprise accounts, running targeted, research-led outreach to qualify meetings for Account Executives and build enterprise sales skills.
- •Key Responsibilities Generate outbound pipeline and run account-based plays across priority accounts Research accounts and stakeholders to craft personalised outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person Qualify inbound leads and convert to discovery meetings for AEs Attend enterprise discovery calls and represent the company at industry events Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute account intelligence Requirements 2-4 years in BDR/SDR or junior sales in B2B SaaS or enterprise software Proven research-led outbound and lead generation experience Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms Comfortable with longer enterprise sales cycles and aptitude for using AI tools
