• •Lead and scale voize's product organisation and platform to embed AI into frontline healthcare workflows, driving measurable operational impact as the company scales internationally.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the product team from ~6 to 10+ PMs and build leadership.
• •Define product strategy and own the roadmap across verticals.
• •Design product operating systems: processes, tools, and rituals for scale.
• •Build feedback loops connecting customers, data, and internal teams.
• •Drive product quality to improve operational efficiency and measurable value.
• •Requirements Proven product leadership scaling product teams (10+ people).
• •Experience building/scaling complex B2B SaaS products.
• •Strong product judgment balancing quality, speed, and reliability.
• •Data-informed decision making experience (metrics, dashboards; Grafana mentioned).
