- •We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) with up to 5,000 employees.
- •In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Benepass's offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential SMB clients through various channels.
- •Consultant Relationship: Meet and educate health care brokers about Benepass and our product suite.
- •Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
- •Requirements 2-5+ years of experience managing a high-performing SaaS or benefits-tech sales team.
- •Proven success as an individual contributor in closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
- •Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
