  • Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated customer journeys using HubSpot and other CS tools.
  • Administer HubSpot and Velaris platforms, focusing on workflows, health scores, and data integration.
  • Map and document customer journeys, identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop early warning systems for churn risk and design scalable renewal processes.
  • Requirements 3+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot workflows, sequences, and CRM hygiene.
  • Strong process design skills and experience with CS platforms like Velaris.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, dashboard building, and reporting.
