- •Contentsquare is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide white-glove support for customers in Japan.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee enterprise accounts in Japan Work closely with various teams to align on client objectives and drive success Engage with client stakeholders across all levels Host recurring meetings and business reviews with customers Act as an internal champion for customers across all Contentsquare teams Requirements Experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within a SaaS company Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with project management methodologies and managing multiple concurrent projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional SaaS environment
