Software Engineer - Internal Engineering Platform

Build and manage developer tools and environments for the engineering platform.

• •Join Matillion's Internal Engineering Platform team in Hyderabad to build tools, processes, and environments that streamline developer workflows from local development to production.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end platform solutions for developer lifecycle and CI/CD.
• •Build scaffolding, local environments, and zero-touch deploys.
• •Design and operate hermetic builds, release tooling, and governance.
• •Integrate Generative AI tooling for developer productivity.
• •Support and collaborate with engineering teams and manage test datasource environments.
• •Requirements 3+ years combining software engineering and DevOps/SRE experience.
• •Hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• •Experience with CI/CD and build tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Gradle, Maven).
• •Familiarity with Git/GitHub and engineering metrics (DORA).
