  • This role focuses on hands-on execution to connect marketing efforts directly to revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive high-intent leads from paid, web, and lifecycle programs to a qualified demo.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with potential expansion to other platforms.
  • Optimize website conversion rates, including landing pages, CTAs, and buyer journeys.
  • Execute lifecycle and email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and lead reactivation.
  • Support event strategy with paid promotion and follow-up sequences.
  • Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth, paid acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with attribution and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
