Senior IT Operations Engineer

Operate and improve internal IT systems with an automation-first, AI-native approach.

• •Operate and improve internal IT systems with an automation-first, AI-native approach to reduce support tickets and improve employee experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and maintain core systems (JAMF, Okta, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace).
• •Build automations (Okta Workflows, Workato, custom scripts) to retire recurring tickets.
• •Write Python and Bash to integrate SaaS tools and APIs.
• •Analyze helpdesk data to identify root causes and drive projects to resolution.
• •Partner with Security and People teams for safe, smooth employee lifecycle tooling.
• •Requirements 5+ years running/configuring IT or cloud infrastructure at a growing company. 2+ years hands-on automation (Workato, Okta Workflows, Python, Bash).
• •Operational experience with GCP, Snowflake, and/or AWS.
• •Familiarity with JAMF, Okta SSO, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace and strong API/REST instincts.
• •Real AI fluency and customer-first support skills.
