• •EarnIn seeks a Staff Systems Administrator to own enterprise identity architecture, automation, and AI-enabled workflows for IAM and access provisioning.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and evolve enterprise identity model with Workday and Okta.
• •Architect privileged access management and IAM roles catalog.
• •Lead federation across AWS, Databricks, and SaaS; codify entitlements with Terraform.
• •Design continuous access evaluation and AI-enabled automation replacing manual workflows.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS or related field. 7+ years in IT/Identity & Access roles with end-to-end IAM program experience.
• •Hands-on Okta and HRIS lifecycle integrations (Workday preferred); fluency in SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM.
• •Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Python.
