Lead Manufacturing Systems Engineer

• •Osmo is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Systems Engineer to architect the bridge between their digital core and physical manufacturing floor.
• •This role involves implementing a new MES and integrating it with NetSuite to create a reliable, scalable digital factory.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the selection, technical architecture, and configuration of the MES platform and its integration with NetSuite.
• •Design and build API-first integrations between ERP, MES, and physical hardware.
• •Translate complex manufacturing workflows into scalable system logic and implement quality control workflows.
• •Establish master data governance standards and act as Product Owner for internal manufacturing systems.
• •Requirements NetSuite Certification and 3+ years working with MES in a production environment.
• •Proven experience designing ERP-MES integrations and strong understanding of batch/process manufacturing.
• •Proficiency in JavaScript (SuiteScript), Python, or SQL.
• •Experience integrating ERP systems with robotics or IoT hardware.
