Sr. Software Engineer, Perception Data Infrastructure

Develop and maintain high-performance perception data infrastructure for autonomous vehicles.

• •Own and advance Nuro's native perception data platform connecting vehicle sensors, labeling operations, and ML models, focusing on high-performance systems for dense 3D sensor data.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and operate C++-based perception data visualization and annotation platforms.
• •Render and optimize high-density Lidar and multi-camera data in real-time.
• •Parse raw sensor data and manage pipeline propagation between onboard logs and offboard tools.
• •Enforce data validation and annotation constraints to protect ML pipelines.
• •Build resilient APIs between ML data pipelines and Ground Truth/Data Platform.
• •Requirements BS/MS in Computer Science or related quantitative field. 4+ years industry software engineering experience.
• •Fluency in C++ and strong familiarity with Python.
• •Experience building high-performance systems and cross-functional technical leadership.
• •Bonus: robotics software, sensor parsing, or 3D graphics/rendering experience.
