- •Dwelly is seeking a highly organised, commercially-minded Senior Product Manager to own the product engine behind their commercial growth.
- •This role focuses on growing the landlord base, revenue per landlord, and long-term retention.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop landlord segmentation and understand distinct needs by segment.
- •Reduce service-related and sale-related churn through proactive prediction and interventions.
- •Build product to onboard acquired agencies and net-new organic landlords.
- •Grow ancillary revenue and drive fee realization across portfolios.
- •Requirements 4-6 years in product roles with a strong growth, lifecycle, CRM, or commercial focus.
- •Highly organised, analytically minded, and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- •Comfortable owning revenue and portfolio targets, not just shipping features.
- •Ability to deliver basic products independently with AI assistance.
