About the role

Develop and manage the customer operational intelligence layer for Enode.

  • As a Senior Product Manager for the Experience team, you will evolve Enode's customer platform into a strategic intelligence layer.
  • You will help customers optimize energy asset pools and capture the full value of consumer flexibility through data-driven insights.
  • Key Responsibilities Define the vision and roadmap for the customer operational intelligence layer.
  • Own the integration enablement journey to ensure developers can deploy high-quality integrations quickly.
  • Lead the discovery and delivery of high-value product analytics and development insights.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with developers, PMs, and support operations personas.
  • Requirements Proven experience in senior product management roles, preferably in API-first or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong ability to transform complex data into actionable product features and strategic insights.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, and revenue teams.
