About the role
Develop and manage the customer operational intelligence layer for Enode.
- •As a Senior Product Manager for the Experience team, you will evolve Enode's customer platform into a strategic intelligence layer.
- •You will help customers optimize energy asset pools and capture the full value of consumer flexibility through data-driven insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the vision and roadmap for the customer operational intelligence layer.
- •Own the integration enablement journey to ensure developers can deploy high-quality integrations quickly.
- •Lead the discovery and delivery of high-value product analytics and development insights.
- •Establish continuous feedback loops with developers, PMs, and support operations personas.
- •Requirements Proven experience in senior product management roles, preferably in API-first or B2B SaaS companies.
- •Strong ability to transform complex data into actionable product features and strategic insights.
- •Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, and revenue teams.
