• •Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++.
• •Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development, focusing on performance, memory usage, and maintainability.
• •Drive accessibility efforts, ensuring support for accessibility APIs and usability for users with disabilities.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape feature planning and the long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.
