Implementation Consultant, Large Deployments

Manage client onboarding and solution rollout for enterprise clients, focusing on large deployments.

• •We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense.
• •This role will manage the onboarding and rollout of our solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients, serving as the bridge between the pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience for accounts.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including the development of detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure a successful deployment.
• •Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading regular project status meetings, aligning resources, and communicating progress, risks, and deployment status.
• •Act as a resource for analyzing implementation trends, potential bottlenecks, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• •Requirements At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
• •Strong sense of seeing a project through completion and managing tasks.
• •Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking deployments and client information is a must.
• •Understand how to slice through data, with the ability to look at deployment metrics, understand key trends, and develop both internal and external reports.
• •Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
