- •Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Control to lead and modernize its global financial control function.
- •This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and a systems mindset to ensure financial operations are accurate, compliant, scalable, and trusted.
- •Key Responsibilities Set the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for global financial control across reporting, compliance, tax, financial operations, and vendor management.
- •Lead the financial control automation and AI agenda, focusing on data foundations, definitions, and processes.
- •Provide senior oversight across record-to-report, statutory reporting, tax, payroll, and vendor management.
- •Represent financial control to the executive team, Board, and external auditors.
- •Requirements Significant experience leading a global financial control or controllership function in a fast-growing SaaS or technology business.
- •Deep technical accounting and financial reporting expertise, including consolidation and external audit management.
- •Proven track record in finance transformation, systems modernization, and process automation.
- •Demonstrated people leadership through periods of growth and change.
