TL;DR
Implement AI improvements in marketing tech stack to automate processes and optimize outcomes.
- •Culture Amp is seeking an AI Adoption Contractor to review their existing tech stack and implement AI-driven improvements to automate manual processes, support team judgment, and optimize outcomes within their Growth Marketing team.
- •This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.
- •Key Responsibilities Audit current tech stack to identify AI automation opportunities.
- •Lead strategy support and in-platform execution for AI-powered marketing motions.
- •Drive AI-powered personalization and conversion workflows.
- •Build AI-orchestrated workflow improvements directly inside tools.
- •Document builds and deliver a structured handoff.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing and revenue technology tools, building AI-assisted workflows.
- •Familiarity with conversational marketing, intent/ABM, sales engagement, and event/gifting platforms.
- •Track record of spotting and automating manual processes with AI.
- •Comfort working as an embedded, fixed-term contractor.
