Analyze procurement data to drive cost savings and optimize operations using AI tools.
- •Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Senior Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst to be the intelligence engine of their Procurement Shared Services team.
- •This role will provide actionable insights to drive cost savings, optimize working capital, and improve operational efficiency, utilizing AI-driven tools and advanced procurement platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs such as cost avoidance and contract cycle times.
- •Analyze large-scale procurement datasets to identify trends and opportunities for negotiation or consolidation.
- •Utilize statistical modeling to forecast lead times and market price fluctuations.
- •Partner with the "AI Task Force" to implement and refine LLM-based tools for automated bid reviews.
- •Act as a liaison between Technical Power teams and Legal, translating data for high-value negotiations.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain & procurement.
- •Proficiency in SQL and expert-level skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- •Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis.
- •Familiarity with ERP/Sourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and project management software (Jira).
- •Ability to calculate complex metrics like Working Capital Impact and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
