About the role

TL;DR

Own and elevate Crusoe's global travel program, managing the Navan platform, vendors, and employee experience.

  • Crusoe is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program.
  • In this highly cross-functional role, you will be the single owner of our travel platform (Navan), vendor relationships, policy governance, and employee travel experience.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the Navan platform end-to-end
  • configuration, policy settings, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead program reviews, report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to build scalable frameworks for policy governance and program operations.
  • Manage Navan training enablement and administration, ensuring employees are equipped to book and manage travel.
  • Requirements 8+ years of experience in corporate travel program management, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable pulling, analyzing, and presenting spend and compliance data.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive programs forward in a fast-paced environment.
