TL;DR
Director of Product Management to lead platform strategy and execution for a growing enterprise SaaS company.
- •Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of critical product areas within the Cribl Platform, including Cribl.Cloud, identity & authorization, billing & commerce, customer lifecycle, developer experience, and environment support.
- •This role will manage and scale a high-performing team of product managers, driving Cribl’s platform strategy across both SaaS and self-hosted software offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a high-performing product management team across Cribl’s platform organization.
- •Own the roadmap and execution for Cribl Platform, spanning identity and access management, billing & commerce, customer lifecycle, developer experience, and environment support.
- •Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and customers.
- •Define and drive product strategy that balances technical depth, business outcomes, and market expansion.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- •Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products.
- •Experience leading multiple product areas within a platform—preferably identity management, billing & commerce, developer experience, or infrastructure.
- •Deep technical acumen and strong go-to-market expertise.
