  • Coursera is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and deeply analytical Vice President of Enterprise Marketing to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for its global enterprise business.
  • This role focuses on building a world-class growth engine that scales an integrated, full-funnel demand generation strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a global team across demand generation, regional marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Design and execute a unified, global demand generation strategy utilizing full-funnel integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies leveraging strategic enterprise partners.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing program effectiveness and accountability for revenue targets.
  • Requirements 15+ years of Enterprise SaaS marketing experience in a fast-growth environment. 10+ years of experience building and orchestrating global marketing strategies. 7+ years of experience managing managers and teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
