About the role
TL;DR
Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven business process automation and platform capabilities.
- •Director of Product Management for Coupa's Intake & Orchestration and Platform, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for two of Coupa's most strategic areas: the next-generation agentic business process automation and the foundational platform capabilities that power the entire Coupa Total Spend Management suite.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both the Intake & Orchestration Procurement processes and Coupa's core Platform capabilities.
- •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers responsible for Intake & Orchestration and Platform.
- •Develop deep expertise in Coupa's orchestration and platform capabilities, including intake management, workflow automation, integrations (iPaaS), APIs, extensibility, and shared platform services.
- •Engage directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and executive stakeholders to validate strategy and evangelize the roadmap.
- •Requirements 5-8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/Cloud product companies, including 3+ years leading and developing teams of Product Managers.
- •Proven expertise in B2B workflow automation, integration platforms (iPaaS), enterprise intake/request management, and/or platform product management (APIs, extensibility, shared services).
- •A strong understanding of modern automation and platform principles (e.g., no-code, AI-native processes, API orchestration, microservices, multi-tenant architecture).
- •Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
