About the role
TL;DR
Develop AI-supported audit tools and workflows for complex ISA and IDW requirements.
- •As an AI Audit Engineer, you will develop audit logic and design AI-supported workflows for complex ISA and IDW requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop audit logic and translate complex ISA and IDW requirements into intelligent, automated workflows.
- •Design AI-supported workflows for analyzing complex contracts and data-based anomaly detection.
- •Ensure independence and ethics in our tool, aligning with IDW PS 210 and relevant ethical standards.
- •Ensure documentation and review capabilities, integrating system-generated results into the audit file.
- •Act as Cortea's bridge to the audit profession, representing us at conferences and contributing to whitepapers.
- •Requirements At least 6 years of experience in audit, ideally from a Big-4 or leading mid-sized audit firm.
- •Strong knowledge of IDW PS, ISA, and HGB, with a passion for translating abstract standards into clear, reproducible audit logic.
- •Ability to think in processes, dependencies, and system logic, understanding how structured data and AI can improve audit quality and efficiency.
- •Fluency in German and English to navigate German audit standards, regulatory requirements, and international contexts.
