- •CoreWeave is seeking a Change Control Manager to bring order and visibility to facility engineering operations.
- •This role will own and manage maintenance, equipment changes, and team coverage schedules across multiple sites, ensuring synchronization and accuracy.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio.
- •Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes.
- •Run the change control process end to end: intake requests, assess scheduling conflicts, route for approvals, and confirm execution.
- •Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage across all sites.
- •Drive data validation and data quality efforts across portfolio management tools.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, or a similar operational role.
- •Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple overlapping calendars and stakeholders.
- •Experience with change management or maintenance management systems.
- •A sharp eye for data quality and comfortable auditing datasets.
- •Clear, proactive communicator who can work across engineering, operations, and leadership audiences.
