- •Coram AI is seeking its first Head of Brand & Design to own the company's visual identity, sound, and feel across all touchpoints.
- •This is a builder's role at a pivotal moment for the company, aiming to elevate the brand to match the quality of its AI-native physical security product.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and steward the brand's visual identity, including logo, color, typography, and motion systems.
- •Own the design and user experience of the company website (coram.ai).
- •Create compelling product marketing designs, sales collateral, and demo assets.
- •Set the creative direction for all marketing campaigns, ads, social media, and video content.
- •Build and lead a design team, and manage external agencies and contractors.
- •Requirements A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste and a track record of evolving recognizable brands. 8+ years in brand and/or design, with experience in senior creative leadership and team building.
- •Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- •Experience in early-stage startups and a proven ability to operate in B2B environments.
- •Excellent communication skills and a clear point of view on design principles.
