TL;DR

- •Lead the California engineering team for Coram AI's Sunnyvale office, owning critical parts of the edge AI platform, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing engineering.
- •This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on setting direction, growing the team, and staying close to the code.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers.
- •Set technical direction and strategy for critical platform components.
- •Architect, review, and debug code to maintain technical excellence.
- •Collaborate closely with CTO, CEO, and Product teams.
- •Contribute to hiring and maintaining a high bar for engineering talent.
- •Requirements Experience at Staff/very senior IC level for ~4-5 years before moving into management.
- •Current or prior experience managing engineers (Tech Lead Manager or Engineering Manager).
- •Deep strength in distributed/real-time systems (e.g., C++), robotics/AI, or HPC.
- •Experience in an established top-tier engineering culture (50-100+ person org).
- •Strong hiring track record and a high bar for quality.
