Define the product design function from scratch at Conveo.

- •a Staff Product Designer who will own product design end-to-end and help define how AI-native research tools should feel.

- •Design, prototype, and test new AI-powered workflows

- •Shape the future of AI-assisted research tools, exploring new interaction models beyond current SaaS patterns.
- •Turn ambiguous, high-impact problems into concrete products
- •from early vision, to roadmap, to launch.
- •Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to define both long-term strategy and near-term execution.
- •Requirements 8+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven tech company or high-velocity startup.
- •A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, polished UI craft, and thoughtful end-to-end product thinking.
- •Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction.
- •Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and multiple stakeholder inputs.
- •Skilled at communicating design decisions clearly and persuasively across disciplines.
