- •As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of ~200 accounts, ensuring customer success and improved ROI with our product suite.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to align goals with our solutions Work closely with CSMs, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services Drive customer use and adoption of software Monitor and report on customers' product experiences Support POD teams to expand and grow customer accounts Requirements Fluent in Dutch & Fluent (other languages are a plus!) Proven track record in fast-growing SaaS businesses Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Customer Success Manager/Renewals/Sales/IT manager, Software Sales Some travel required
