TL;DR
Lead infrastructure finance deal underwriting, structuring, and execution for renewable energy and digital infrastructure.
- •Lead the underwriting, structuring, and execution of Comity's deal pipeline to scale the platform.
- •You will structure transactions across renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for transaction underwriting.
- •Run due diligence across financial, technical, legal, and environmental dimensions.
- •Drive deals through structuring, negotiation, and documentation to close.
- •Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and counterparties.
- •Stay close to power and infrastructure finance developments to inform strategy.
- •Requirements 5+ years of finance experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing.
- •Deep analytical skills and fluency in complex financial models.
- •Experience structuring and executing complex transactions in renewable energy and/or digital infrastructure.
- •Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- •Technology-forward mindset and experience using technology to sharpen judgment.
