About the role
TL;DR

- •Cohere is seeking an experienced Director of Implementation to lead customer implementations, manage cross-functional teams, and build strong customer relationships.
- •This role is critical for scaling Cohere's work with new payer and provider customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for new and existing customers.
- •Establish implementation strategy, factoring in customer types and solution variety.
- •Manage implementation teams and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- •Refine implementation best practices and support the creation of a repeatable implementation model.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or implementation, preferably with health plan customers.
- •MBA or relevant Master’s degree in healthcare and/or management or relevant experience.
- •Deep expertise in implementation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- •Significant experience with tech implementations and health plan end-to-end implementations.
- •Startup-ready mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and strong customer service orientation.
