- •Cohere is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition within the German Public Sector (PUBSEC).
- •You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, building relationships with government agencies to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive net-new customer acquisition through targeted outbound activity and senior leader engagement in Germany.
- •Develop and execute a sales plan for Germany, prioritizing accounts and opportunities.
- •Act as a trusted advisor to public sector customers, shaping AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
- •Collaborate with channel and regional partners to scale outreach and accelerate adoption.
- •Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, validation, proof-of-concept, procurement, and deal close.
- •Requirements 10+ years of direct public sector sales experience in Germany with a proven track record of closing $3M+ annual quotas.
- •Deep knowledge of PUBSEC procurement, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
- •Established network in Germany, including federal agencies, prime contractors, and industry associations.
- •Experience selling SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise software solutions to government clients.
- •English and German language proficiency essential.
