- •We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in EMEA.
- •This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leads from the front: technically sharp, hands-on, and relentlessly focused on impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments.
- •Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
- •Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises.
- •Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer end.
- •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on bringing agentic solutions to every step of the development process.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications High agency
