•Key Responsibilities Preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
•Project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
•Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors Manage all job impacts, RFI’s, Change Orders.
•Attend all job PM meetings.
•Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance Requirements Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple projects Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience
