- •CodeRabbit is seeking a founding engineer to build the data and automation tooling for its Scaled Success team.
- •This role involves creating pipelines, scoring jobs, and services to translate product and business data into customer-facing actions and support internal tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Build scheduled pipelines from billing, product telemetry, support, and CRM systems into the company's data warehouse.
- •Develop a nightly scoring job to classify accounts and detect meaningful changes.
- •Create a real-time service to triage account risk events and route them for automated or human follow-up.
- •Engineer AI workloads for classification, extraction, and drafting, optimizing for cost and reliability.
- •Requirements 4+ years in data, analytics, or backend engineering with production data warehouse experience (SQL, dbt or similar, Python).
- •Proven experience building and operating scheduled pipelines and webhook-driven services in production.
- •Deep experience with AI, including designing workflows and deploying models in production.
- •Experience working with customer success tooling, CS platforms, CRM, marketing automation, or support systems.
