Provide expert technical support for CockroachDB customers.
- •Senior Technical Support Engineer providing expert support for CockroachDB customers, focused on troubleshooting across deployment models and improving support processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Self-Service and Enterprise customers.
- •Support multiple deployment models (Self-hosted, Dedicated, Serverless).
- •Develop deep product expertise and create runbooks/playbooks.
- •Partner with Documentation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Strong experience troubleshooting databases and SQL-based systems.
- •Familiarity with CockroachDB and related deployment environments.
- •Ability to develop support processes, tooling, and documentation.
