- •Key Responsibilities Provide world-class customer service Interview and assess customer and non-customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services Communicate with customers in the branch, over the phone, or during personal visits to local businesses Outside sales calling is required and determined by Bank Center Management Conduct customer phone follow-ups and actively raise customer awareness of bank products and services Requirements General understanding of the digital payment processing environment Outgoing, professional attitude with customers, prospects, and co-workers Follow and comply with all regulatory and compliance regulations
