- •Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to act as a trusted advisor, owning the technical relationship with customers from discovery through adoption and expansion.
- •This role involves leveraging AI-augmented workflows to focus on architectural design and driving business outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery, build architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
- •Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, serving as the primary technical contact.
- •Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth.
- •Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- •Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks.
- •Requirements Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering).
- •Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- •Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- •Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
