Founders' Associate / Chief of Staff to build go-to-market engine for an AI energy management startup.
- •A fast-growing, pre-seed AI energy management startup is looking for a Founders' Associate / Chief of Staff to work directly with the founding team.
- •This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategy, and operations
- •helping build the go-to-market engine from the ground up for energy-intensive industrial customers across the DACH region.
- •You'll own meaningful projects end-to-end, drive outbound pipeline, and act as a trusted extension of the founders across both commercial and strategic initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline across DACH.
- •Execute outbound campaigns
- •cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- •Refine ICP, targeting strategy, and value propositions.
- •Produce compelling sales materials including decks, one-pagers, and business cases.
- •Act as an extension of the founders on strategic and operational topics.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, outbound demand generation, or pipeline building within the DACH region.
- •Demonstrated track record of owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- •Experience preparing investor updates and key strategic materials.
- •Proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- •Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
