- •A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI platform is hiring an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich.
- •You'll work directly with senior leadership to transform multibillion-euro enterprises into AI-native operators.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead regional AI transformation across DACH from Munich, owning outcomes end-to-end.
- •Serve as the AI transformation partner to C-suite executives at large enterprises.
- •Run engagements like consulting projects: diagnostics, roadmaps, rollouts, and measurable outcomes.
- •Build and deploy AI agents, then scale adoption org-wide.
- •Host executive workshops and strategy sessions.
- •Requirements Native-level German proficiency and based in Munich or willing to relocate. 3+ years in enterprise AI transformation consulting or equivalent.
- •Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI agents.
- •Tier-one consulting background or equivalent transformation experience.
