- •CLEAR is seeking an Engineering Manager for the CLEAR1 Strategic Partnerships Platform (StratP) to lead a team building partner integrations, healthcare workflows, and identity capabilities.
- •This role drives execution and technical direction for a high-leverage platform area.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop engineers through hiring, feedback, and career growth.
- •Drive roadmap execution by setting priorities and delivering against business commitments.
- •Partner across Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- •Guide architecture, technical tradeoffs, and dependency management for reliability and speed.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience managing and developing software engineers.
- •Experienced across the full software development lifecycle, including coding, architecture, and system design.
- •Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts clearly.
- •Proficient in modern object-oriented languages, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- •Experienced in building cloud-native applications and scalable distributed systems.
