- •As a Staff PM, you'll own a significant product domain within Astra OS, working alongside engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive clarity and execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes Requirements Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on delivering business and customer value Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces Track record of strong execution in complex environments: removing roadblocks, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and keeping teams moving Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
