- •Ciroos is seeking a Technical Customer Success / Customer Program Manager to oversee customer programs from onboarding through adoption, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, engineering, product, and other internal teams.
- •This role requires a proactive individual who can drive initiatives, identify and resolve blockers, and maintain clear communication to keep customer programs on track.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer programs end-to-end, tracking progress, ownership, and priorities.
- •Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of technical and product commitments.
- •Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder technical deliverables to successful completion.
- •Build strong customer relationships and ensure Ciroos delivers measurable value.
- •Requirements Experience leading complex enterprise customer programs (technical customer success, program/project management, TAM, or solutions delivery).
- •Strong organizational and persistent operator skills with a "what's next, who owns it" mindset.
- •Technical curiosity and depth in SRE, observability, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise security.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear status reporting and commitment gathering.
- •Customer-focused with the ability to balance customer advocacy with internal prioritization.
