- •Circle is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the AI Core team.
- •This role will focus on leveraging AI and LLMs to build transformative applications for digital businesses, including AI agents and RAG systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React.
- •Design and run experiments (including A/B tests) to validate AI features.
- •Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure and optimize them for production.
- •Improve processes and systems to scale AI features into production-ready solutions.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications.
- •Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
- •Hands-on experience building AI features in production (e.g., RAG systems, AI agents).
- •Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and iteration.
