- •At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our team in Brazil.

- •Position Overview As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure.
- •Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to technical decisions, integrate external services, and ensure high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations.

- •Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- •Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, connecting applications with external systems and services.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
- •Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- •Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- •Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- •Contribute to technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Collaborate with team members in an agile and multicultural environment.
- •Required Skills and Qualifications Must-have Skills: Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.
- •Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- •Solid experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications.
- •Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and external services.
- •Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- •Proficiency in English, both speaking and reading, to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- •Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- •Desired Skills and Qualifications Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- •Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- •Familiarity with AI Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software development practices.
- •Experience working with agile methodologies.
- •Ability to contribute to technical discussions and support knowledge sharing within the team.
