- •We are looking for an AI Engineer passionate about cutting-edge software engineering, problem-solving, and high-performance team empowerment.
- •You will be part of the Enabling Squad, acting as a catalyst for Agentic SDLC transformation in one of the largest mobility companies in Latin America.
- •Key Responsibilities Adopt and Enable Agentic Framework: Ensure the adoption of AI ecosystem and tools in pilot squads, acting as a technical advisor and partner.
- •Evolve Workflow and Platform: Collaborate with client engineers to identify friction, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the agentic solution, proposing and prioritizing the evolutionary backlog of the framework.
- •Co-construct Agentic Solutions: Develop and refactor agentic flows, agent bundles, and automated skill and repository instantiation in partnership with the local team.
- •Capacitate in Harness Engineering and Evals: Train and mentor developers in best practices for AI use, Harness Engineering parameterization, executable acceptance criteria (Gherkin/DoR) writing, and automated evaluations (Evals) creation.
- •Install Capabilities and Shift-Left Quality: Install and mature software engineering technical capabilities in squads, with a focus on isolated component tests (WireMock and in-memory banks), integrated suites, and blocking validations in CI/CD.
- •Support Agentic Move to Production (MTP): Support the structuring and validation of automated deployment pipelines based on automated risk assessment scoring.
- •Requirements Solid foundation in Software Engineering Proven ability to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions Practical knowledge of Agentic SDLC, coding agents, refactoring/review agents, and integration with developer tools
