- •Checkr is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting Lead to shape how deals are structured and new revenue models come to market, ensuring alignment with ASC 606 and U.S.
- •This role will lead technical revenue accounting analyses, own the revenue close process, and translate accounting guidance into clear, scalable policies.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical revenue accounting under ASC 606, serving as subject matter expert for complex revenue recognition matters.
- •Lead the revenue accounting close for month-end and quarter-end, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition.
- •Provide strategic accounting guidance to the business, partnering with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and RevOps.
- •Design, prototype, and ship AI-enabled tools and agents that automate manual work across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- •Draft technical accounting memos and maintain SOX-ready documentation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred. 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience (Big 4 plus industry preferred).
- •Deep technical expertise in U.S.
- •GAAP and ASC 606.
- •Demonstrated AI fluency and hands-on SQL/BI experience.
- •Excellent written and verbal communicator.
