- •As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will generate sales pipeline by initiating the sales process.
- •You will support the Checkr Enterprise sales team through prospecting and account research, focusing on generating outbound business pipeline with the goal of closed won business.
- •Key Responsibilities Generate new business pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
- •Create interest through multi-channel, personalized outreach including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- •Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline.
- •Conduct thorough research to create effective outreach strategies for each account.
- •Requirements Experience in a world-class outbound sales development role (6-9 months minimum).
- •Experience with Salesforce.
- •Ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and manage unstructured time.
- •Personable, clear, and direct communicator.
- •Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change.
