- •Lead cross-functional programs for model alignment and deployment at Character.AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programs.
- •Coordinate between Post-Training, Safety Engineering, Trust & Safety, ML Infra, UXR, and Product.
- •Develop and maintain custom evaluation frameworks.
- •Drive visibility into data pipeline health and annotation quality.
- •Partner with research, safety, product, and UXR leadership.
- •Build and refine operational patterns and frameworks.
- •Own external partner relationships.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- •Deep familiarity with post-training and alignment concepts.
- •Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs.
- •Strong analytical mindset.
- •Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- •Exceptional communication skills.
- •Obsessive about data integrity and operational rigor.
- •BS in a quantitative, scientific, or technical field.
